Application Forms for Jr. K.G. for 2022 – 2023 will be distributed on:

Eligibility:

The Candidate should be minimum 3 years 10 months and maximum of 4 years 10 months as on 1^st June 2022.
( i.e; Candidate must be born between 1/ 8/ 2017 and 31 / 7/ 2018 )
Cost of each form is Rs.50/- Please bring exact change.

PLEASE NOTE :

YOU ARE REQUESTED NOT TO FORM QUEUES before 2.30 m. FORMS WILL BE ISSUED TO EVERYONE.
No donations or influence will be entertained.
Selection is NOT based on a “ First come first served” basis.

Kindly bring the Xerox copy of the Birth Certificate of your child when you come to collect the Application Form.

SUBMISSION OF FILLED-IN FORMS –

FROM 16.02.2022 to 23.02.2022 WITH ALL THE NECESSARY ATTACHMENTS AS MENTIONED IN THE APPLICATION FORM.

FOR SUBMISSION OF FORMS, BOTH THE PARENTS have to COME ALONG WITH YOUR CHILD.

(Dates of Submission is mentioned also on the Application Form.)

Please attach the following to the Application Form:

a. Xerox copy of Municipal / Baptismal Certificate. (for Christians – both are required)

b. Latest Family Photograph size : (4’’ x 3’’ ) with Father, Mother, and children.
( not cousins) (Siblings in their School uniform)

c. One Passport Size Photograph of the candidate should be attached to the form.

d. Xerox copy of Aadhar Card of the child, Father, and mother.

e. Xerox copy of the Caste Certificate ( SC /ST / OBC / CAT-I ) ( Whichever caste you belong to.)

f. Xerox copy of the candidate’s result sheet from the Nursery she has attended.

g. Income Certificate.

Laminated Birth Certificates are not allowed.
